miShare enables you to copy music, photos, notes and videos from one iPod to another without requiring iTunes or even a computer for that matter.
Just connect both the iPods to either ends of this Linux-powered device and press the button to initiate the transfer process between these two iPod units.
What can make this $99 device attractive to some iPod owners is that they get to transfer all kind of music files from one iPod to another even if the file are DRM protected. Not compatible with iPod Touch or iPhone.
